In need of a real swing dress I can actually move in that would also be appropriate for a wedding?

I’m the sister-of-the-groom for a small backyard wedding in late February. I’m buying a new dress for the occasion but I have a bad habit of buying dresses that are only appropriate for one occasion. SO this time around I’m trying to make sure that doesn’t happen. Well my boyfriend and I are taking dance lessons (mainly swing) in the summer and I thought it would be nice if I could get a swing dress that would work for both.

Limitations: Nothing too fancy or expensive. My ideal budget is under $100 and I can’t be fancier than the bride. Their wedding colors are turquoise and orange, something in those colors would be nice but it’s not mandatory. Obviously no white. No dark reds or blacks, which is what I’m mostly finding. I’d also like something very dance-friendly and flattering. I’m also only 5′1, so nothing past knee legnth.

In short, know of any women’s petite swing dress stores?
